Search Help

Simply enter the key words that you are looking for information on.  When searching for information on an error message enter words that indicate the type of error or an error code. (i.e. "error connecting to socket" or "Error initializing ViaDuct, error code -9a")  Do not use Boolean terms AND, OR etc. when performing a search.

Results can be sorted by accuracy or by the date, newer to older.  More keywords entered during the search achieve better accuracy in the displayed results.  Some technotes apply only to newer (or older) versions of ViaDuct.   To get results relevant to a newer version you may wish to sort results by date, giving you the most current information.
