Summary: Error -99 trying to initialize Viaduct on XP.
ViaDuct 4.X



Symptom:

When clicking on the ViaDuct icon to run ViaDuct an error window pops up and states that an "Error initializing ViaDuct has occurred. Please contact your vendor. (-99).".

Problem:

If you are not logged in as an administrator account in XP you will not be able to access the files that Viaduct needs to initialize.

Solution:

ViaDuct fx is the only version designed to work on Windows XP as well as previous Windows versions. You need to upgrade your old version to ViaDuct fx.
