When clicking on the ViaDuct icon to run ViaDuct an error window pops up and states that an "Error initializing ViaDuct has occurred. Please contact your vendor. (-9a)."
Problem:The registration information entered for ViaDuct does not match. Users are presented with three install type options with ViaDuct. Network, Professional, or User/Standard. This error indicates that the wrong type was selected during install.
Solution:ViaDuct needs to be uninstalled and then reinstalled, making sure to select the correct type that the serial number is licensed for.
