Summary: Error initializing ViaDuct -9.
ViaDuct 4.2



Symptom:

When clicking on the ViaDuct icon to run ViaDuct an error window pops up and states that an "Error initializing ViaDuct has occurred. Please contact your vendor. (-9).

Problem:

The registration information for ViaDuct is not correct.

Solution:

This error occurs when registration, serial, or number of users(ver 4.1) has been entered incorrectly. Verify all information through the "Registration Manager" program which is located in the ViaDuct folder accessible through the Programs menu.
