Define your Desktops Business Intelligence and Warning Parameters

The myViewpoint Intelligence Manager controls the structure of user desktops providing fast access to functions for creating, editing, deleting, refreshing, running, re-running and the sharing of business intelligence.

Under a desktop, create folders to store your queries. Queries and linked queries can be simply activated by dragging and dropping to the Intelligence Desktop on the right. Within any query warning parameters may be set up to alert you to figures not meeting your expectation.
